Campsite Rates

RV Site Information

All RV sites have either 30 or 50 amp electric, town water, a sewer connection, Wi-Fi, picnic table, and fire pit. A majority of sites have partial shade, while a few enjoy full sun until late afternoon. RV sites are not on the river; however, there is a community picnic/sitting area near the office by the river access for all to enjoy. There you can sit under the apple tree and relax while watching the clear water gently flow around and over the rocks. You can then book on that page, or call us to make your reservation. EV’s are NOT permitted at RV sites. We do not have a charging station at this time. EV’s cannot be charged at the campsite electric pedestal. Please plan accordingly if you have an EV.

Riverview Site Information

We offer 14 riverview tenting only sites (no direct river access), with town water & 20 amp electric, Wi-Fi, picnic table, and fire pit. Riverview Sites will accommodate either 2 small/medium tents or 1 large tent. You can check site sizes before booking by clicking the “Book Now” button at the top of this page, scroll through the campsites to find a site you are interested in, there you will find a full site description with size and a few photos of your site. You can then book on that page, or call us to make your reservation. Three of these sites are Premium River sites which are much larger. RV's and trailers of any type are not permitted to be on any Riverview tent site. Riverview sites do not have direct river access. For your safety and the health of the watershed, please do not descend the steep river bank. We have a safe river entry point just past the game room. Riverview Tent Sites are not set up for EV’s. At this time we do not have a charging station. Please plan accordingly if you have an EV.

Primitive Tent Site Information

We offer 5 primitive shaded tent only sites that come with free Wifi, picnic table, fire pit and share a community potable water spigot. There are no electric, water or sewer hook-ups on primitive tent sites. Primitive tent sites will accommodate either 2 small/medium tents or 1 large tent. You can then book on that page, or call us to make your reservation. Primitive Tent Sites are not set up for EV’s. At this time we do not have a charging station. Rates: May 17 - October 13, 2024

Prices are based upon a family of 4, 2 Adults, 2 Children up to 13 years old, 1 non-electric vehicle, and 1 dog per night. Children 14 and older are considered adults. Extra fees apply for more than 2 adults or more than 2 children. Our rates include FREE Hot Showers in the bathhouse, Inground Swimming Pool, Playground, Rec-Hall with free games, Campground Wide WiFi, and access to the Ammonoosuc River.

Holiday Rates in effect May 23-26, July 3-6, August 29 - September 1, October 10-13.

Nightly prices will vary depending upon days of the week (holidays), length of your stay, demand, or other factors.

• Check in for campsites is between 1:00PM and 9:00PM. No early or late arrivals. Check out is 11:00AM prompt.
• Save 10% when you stay 7 nights or more (cannot be Saturday to Saturday)
• 2 night minimum on weekends (unless booking last minute and one night is available)
• Wi-Fi is available and allows most devices to connect well
• Pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day
• All sites have a picnic table and fire ring
• Please note what is allowed on each site: Either 2 small/medium tents or 1 large tent. A maximum of 4 people per site. Extra fees apply for more than 2 adults or more than 2 children 13 years and younger. (Families with more than 2 children, please call.)
• 1 non-electric vehicle and 1 camping unit per site.
• Holiday rates apply for Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Columbus Day with a 3 night minimum stay.
• WE DO NOT HAVE A DUMP STATION!
• Riverview and Primitive Tent Sites are not set up for EV’s. At this time we do not have a charging station. Please plan accordingly if you have an EV.
• FIREWOOD: Burn only wood provided by the campground. No wood of any kind permitted from outside of the campground.
